Never Mind, I found a temp fix for now by coping the ca-bundle.crt in the BOINC Folder and replacing the current one.

Thanks to a Team Member for this quick fix.

It affects more than Windows. My previous post mentioned RPIs, which aren't running Winodws.

I've only had to just update the project to get work after fixing the file.

I downloaded crt file to two my Windows hosts, it helped. But I agree, it affects more than Windows. I am not able to get WUs on my Android hosts...

Where do we put it and where did you download it from?

This is on all my Windows Host.
I have some to upload and report as well but cannot.
What is the host Admin doing about this being now over a week long issue?

I installed Ubuntu 18.04 back onto that system and have full hours now. No other hardware changes.

This is a Bummer I just upgraded.
So we are OK Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS then?

The only Process I know that is Broken is Formula Boinc http://formula-boinc.org/
and some Projects along with our Signature for our BOINC Badges https://signature.statseb.fr/

But they are owned by the same Admin.
Our WGC Badges are no longer being updated on our Signature for our BOINC Badges

BOINC informed me about a new notice.

I looked to the messages and found:

Is this correct - or a mistake?

How long the old URL without 's' after http will still work?

I used Notepadd++ to replace all instances of http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/ with https://wuprop.boinc-af.org/ in my BOINC folders instead of rejoining the project.

I did this as well and now I have 2 in the Client Software one from BAM! and the changing of the data as you have posted.
