Thx for good direction :)
I can't ping localhost, so I have executed "ifconfig lo 127.0.0.1" and this helps...

I have started boinc with command:

boinc --allow_remote_gui_rpc --daemon

and using BoincTasks to control it without problems...

Can anybody suggest solution, please?

The system is Debian 64bit

I had reset project on both machines - doesn't help...
