Does anyone know the requirement for receiving tasks at Prediction? I can't seem to get any. You need Windows and Virtual Box. I am not sure if last VB version was supported by project, so check app list on project's page to see which versions are supported and install one of them. |

Some of my machines always get work, others never get work. I haven't been able to figure out why. They have the same versions of BOINC and vbox. This behavior is common to my teammates as well. Frustrating. Reno, NV Team: SETI.USA |

On the main page at the very bottom there is a listing of requirements. In a thread, from I assume the admin, mentioned a new version allows for newer versions of vbox. |

SZTAKI Desktop Grid closed down on June 21st, 2018. But on WuProp one of it's applications still shows Black color not red for inactive. Riemann Zeta Research Project Would seem a little odd that anyone would be running a horde of stale WU's that can never be uploaded. TN-Grid is active, validating and awarding credit, though shown at https://signature.statseb.fr/next_badges.py as inactive and hours are not counted at WUProp |

New project dbnupperbound is available: http://anthgrid.com/dbnupperbound/ My PC that runs all other vbox apps fine does errors out in a few seconds on this project. Of some of users that are successfully completing work it looks like most have vbox 5.2 and Windows. But there are some with 5.1 or Windows. Anyone know of a solution? |

New project dbnupperbound is available: http://anthgrid.com/dbnupperbound/ Only 1 of my box's would run the Wu's, I had 5.2.8 Vbox installed & it wouldn't run them, I noticed somebody that was successfully running them had v5.2.6 installed so I switched to that & 1 of my box's ran them then but the other 3 still wouldn't run them even with 5.2.6 installed ... weird |

New project dbnupperbound is available: http://anthgrid.com/dbnupperbound/ Noted? Not here until your post and the project has no forum. I've tried with a 3570k which only has AVX. I'll have to wait for some more tasks to try on some other PCs. |

Anyone know if the new project "Distributed Data and Media Processing" as listed in the [Beta] New / Intermittent applications thread, is a public project or a private project? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Conan |

Beats me. I did a quick look earlier and didn't find anything either. Just two PCs returning results so far. http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/results/projet.py?projet=Distributed+Data+and+Media+Processing&application=FLAC+Encoder 194 tasks according the active projects link on main page. |
