Well, a milestone, and another upgrade, that really isn't an upgrade. Last night, I got my 20th App over 1 Million hours. So that must be something like a plaid star. It may even be a ludicrous star. :)

Well, I finally spent enough time hunting stars to have managed to get my third star on the fourth ring. 360 Apps finally, but not enough left to even think I could make it to the next star soon. :)

Well, it's been a very long time coming, but I believe I can lay claim to the First User to a first ring with all 5 stars above the 100,000 hours mark. :)

You forgot about Pirates@Home http://pirates.spy-hill.net/ :) Unfortunately they do not allow to create new accounts now.

They don't actually do anything there anymore. Use to be a test site for Einstein@home and then they launched the full site and a beta site (Albert). For a whiles they use to run various different things, but it's pretty much inactive now. Last news update was 2010...

Actually, for Talk like a Pirate Day 2016, the Pirates admin surfaced and mentioned that the apps he had on the server weren't even seen as executables any more and suggested he probably wasn't going to find the time to resolve that problem. I have pretty much given up on pirates@home based on that. :(

Woot! Yet another colorless upgrade. I now have my top 40 apps all over 250,000 hours. :)

Absolutely amazing work there Mumps, it seems there is need for another level or two to be added.
I won't be worrying those high colours for a long time, but a number of people have now passed 250,000 hours for applications.

More levels (colours) please Sebastien.

Well, Sebastien has already mentioned that with the exponential way that the icon combinations go up with each additional color level, that it would be pretty ridiculous to add more colored stars. But maybe just adding colors to the app listing and stats graph wouldn't be too hard. :)

I've been thinking about how tough it might be to have 2 different badges though. One form (the now traditional ring) for the currently defined levels, but adding a slightly different icon only for those levels beyond 100K. Right now, 250K, 500K and 1M are about it, although I've got the couple of goofy apps nearing 5M hours already. :)

Sorry to have messed up your stats. I've got some things to do that are best done with little bit of a shroud of secrecy. I'll be re-enabling the export before the end of the month. :)

Hopefully I'll finally get to that 260 Apps level.

I agree with the others about tweaking the colors for the additional levels. Kind of tough on my screen to tell that my first star is for 10,000 and my second one for 1,000. :)

Hmmm. I managed to create an account and attach, but no Join Team option?

EDIT: Strange. Looks like it may simply be SETI.USA... I can see the "Join Team" option on many of the other teams. Just not when I pull up SETI.USA.
