G'Day everyone, it's been another long 6 or maybe 7 months since my last update, so I know a lot would of changed.

Last year and this year have been really bad for the whole world economies as well as a lot of sadness with this Covid19 thing.

Covid19 continues making havoc coming into 2022 without much let up, so any project running applications for this are getting a lot of support.

So with luck everyone is well and in good health, or as good as you can be.

I hope we have not lost anyone from our crunching community, but with the largest number of people to come off my list this month (since I started doing it a few years ago) things may not be all as good as I hope.

A few projects are no longer working but a few others have started up so still lots of applications for people to get.

How many applications were you able to snag and build up 100 hours+ on to get a new star?

Last report saw zombie 67[MM] continue to push the envelope and crashed through the 600 application barrier, he has continued onward.
Bok has also reached a milestone of breaking 500 applications over 100 hours, being the 4th person to do so (behind zombie 67[MM], STEVE and LCB001).

I am changing how things look a bit by changing the title of No longer doing WUProp work, will now become Past Contributions, to appreciate past efforts from volunteers over the years and those who are no longer with us.

I may not have all names on this list as (1) it will be too big and (2) I lost a lot of data I had over the years when my hard drive and computer had a few issues (some would say it died but that is a bit rude) and my back ups were non existent.

Lets see how you fared over the last 6 months.

Bok's "Free-DC" web site shows your hours and how you rank against others (you must allow for the hours export in you account preferences, there is no security problems as no one can access your account).

Just allow the export and as you pass 180 applications I can add you to this list.

First time I think more people came off the list than went on it.

The highest number of applications added to peoples accounts was 19 for L@MiR, but others added quite a few, modesti with 15, Contact added 14, bcavnaugh with 13 (since last on list), Skyman with 12, Coleslaw added 11, taurec also added 11, and then zioriga; ClaudiusD; Yankton; Dirk Broer; Alez and joe carnivore all added 10 apps.

Which shows how many applications are available out there.

You can see how many people have added in my list.

So there are still applications out there you just have to want them and find them.

Some people have improved their badge levels with new stars added.

A lot of movement all over the list, with some big jumps by some and sitting still by others, not everyone chases all applications available.
Lots of position changes.

Bok has created a new listing which can help you find apps to run, you have to allow the data export so he can gather information for you.

Congratulations to all the people who earned new badges, well done.

I do hope I didn't miss anybody, and I do hope I got everyone's names correct, scanning the stats list to find people and going in and counting all their apps does take time (hours). Placing them in this list takes even longer ( more hours). The list is now so big that it takes most of a day (on and off) to get it all together.


A huge number of people have added new applications and gained extra stars, it makes it hard for me to keep up (this has taken over 7 hours across 2 days and other interruptions plus a computer freeze have all slowed me down).


Still working on upgrading stars with what I have is all part of the fun?
A new app here and there it all adds up, forward we go.


On-wards with the fun.

(I try very hard to get the information in this list correct, both peoples names and the number of applications they have recorded. The names are what I try to monitor the most as I want them to be correct, it ruins things if there are mistakes and could upset people which I don't want to do).

If people were very close to getting another star I have added it anyway, as you probably have that star today anyway.

(Lining up and editing this page to make the data line up so that is readable is a real pain, it has taken a couple of hours to sort the columns out, this HTML stuff is not very good at this sort of thing.)

As it is now after 2.40 AM I am going to bed (I started this 2 days ago and have done it in sections, even so it has still taken another 6 to 7 hours to finish it, I am picky and like things lined up, HTML does not make me happy).

The time taken to do this makes my shoulders ache (I broke my right shoulder in November and it is still really sore, and to top that off I twisted my right knee and done some internal damage), hopefully on the mend but it does slow me up a lot.

Just as well I like doing this.

Keep on smiling it makes others wonder what you have been up to.

I've had several projects go down/run out of work just a couple of days prior to completing some WUProp Goals. Universe, Gaia 3 and Ramanujan Machine on the same day, and this morning ODLK.

It is just as well I like stats, they are fun but can take up a lot of time.

As for my health, I got some good news and some not so good news yesterday, my shoulder is now much better just need to get strength and full movement back into it.
The knee is a different story, those of you who know some medical knowledge will know that a Medial Meniscus tear is not good and it apparently wont heal so I am stuck maybe an operation in the future or limited performance from now on.
Big Bummer that one.

Anyway got to go, keep the shiny side up and crunch on.
