These apps had been merged with others apps : Advanced molecular dynamics simulations for GPUs => ACEMD 4: molecular dynamics simulations for GPUs Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo, GPU) => Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo, large) Free-DC should not show merged apps.
