Currently, my statistics show 5 valid results and 23 invalid as shown here

errors include "invalid project name", "interrupted system call", "project name result"

seemingly, no rhyme nor reason for the errors.

unaccountably, my ATI 5850 is not listed under "my gpus"

All Windows results are failing and getting Zero credit.

All Linux work units are running fine and getting credit.

This has been going on for a number of days now, it is a complete waste of time and looks like we wont get anything for the returned work.

i have also 2 5850 cards and my results are invalid.
What's the problem with that.My notebook with a NVIDIA card get no probs.

I am ceasing this project on my Windows machines.

ALL work for the past week has been returned successfully but given a big fat ZERO.

No word has been coming forth about the problems so I will stop Windows work.
No point running work units and getting nothing for the effort.

Linux is still working fine, just Windows is not working (this is on two different computers).

My two quads with ATI 5xxx series cards are crunching, validating and being awarded credit OK.

I don't know what is different, I haven't changed anything and both computers were getting valid results a week ago, now all results say that there is an error in getting the project name.

I reset the project, then detached and reattached but nothing has changed.

I checked some other computers running Windows and they all seem to be working just like yours is. So I am at a loss.

So once again I will cease this project on my Windows computers as I have no idea why they no longer give valid results, just Zero credit.
I doubt that the new shorter work units will make any difference.

So Windows is out but Linux is still a goer as it is having no problems.

It is now working. My windows systems are processing version 3 and getting results. Previous versoin , 2 , was failing and apparantly was not the correct version.
