Just noticed that the previous post didn't work because this forum doesn't support https embeds (why?!), so that was actually meant to be: → and now: → Second badge next. |

My 11th star has turned to RUBY, thanks to the iThena project releasing a new app. >>>> It has been a long time coming I need one more app to get to 250 hours and my 15th star will turn silver. Conan |

Now my 15th star has turned to SILVER, thanks to the Amicable Numbers 10^21 application. >>>> Taken awhile Not sure what my next goal is at the moment but I will figure one out. Conan |

→ Busy few weeks at the moment with various DC competitions taking priority over chasing hours so next badge will probably take a while. |

Finally upgraded my star: Congratulations Chris, I corrected the links to http as https embedded links are not supported on the forum apparently, so no one could see what you were talking about. That Ruby star looks good, your next star (a Bronze) is only 3 applications away. Conan |

Just noticed I have a second Saphire badge, which means at least 40 apps with 5.000 hours. Must have been a few weeks ago, but a new "little" milestone for me. ;-) Life is Science, and Science rules. To the universe and beyond Member of BOINC@Heidelberg My BOINC-Stats |

Finally upgraded my star: Perfect Conan - thank you! DIdn't even realise they weren't working, but that'll also explain why my signature was funny! All fixed now, and I'll know for when I need to post a new badge update ;) Chris |

However 'mini' it may feel, that's 200,000 hours of computing (just shy of 23 years) of computing for each app - approx. 7 months of CPU time per one! Chris |

→ Congratulations Sellyme, you are clocking up applications at a very quick rate. Conan |

→ So my guess was wrong. |

→ But it is still progress and changing the colour on any star is a goal and takes effort. I would say your guess is just delayed. Conan |

→ Next will be fourth star Ruby, or a seventh star, depending on how much work some projects generate. |

Just realized I passed 1,000,000 cumulative hours within the last day! --- and --- My 13 stars are slowly changing colors Getting a very small boost every day by using a limited/free virtual machine on Google Colabs. Information on how to configure BOINC on a virtual Google Colabs session can be found over at the Prime Grid Forums: Google Colab and its free GPUs |

Very well done and congratulations Pete, Sellyme and Dr Who Fan. I will be looking at compiling the next update fairly soon so I will pick up the changes. Conan |
