Can multiple workunits be run concurrently and if so how does one go about setting this up?

I hope it's not possible, as the only purpose of this WUs is collecting data from the other projects running in parallel. A second WU of this project in parallel will be a waste of resources.

So this project analyzes data for other workunits on my own host?

No, only one Wokunit per host.

Yes, it analyses deadlines, WU-size, RAM-use, Checkpointing intervals afaik and can see in the results page.

It doesn't look in the computation innards of the WU, just formalities.

I'll try asking in this thread again... ;)

What if I need to or want to shutdown my system and the WU ist not yet done?
Is the collected data lost or is there a way to send back the results earlier?

Data are written on the hard disk as and when they are collected.
Data won't be lost if you restart BOINC or your system.

After seeing the results page, I understand the project much better. Thanks for the link Saenger.
