Drug discovery Apps are Linux only! Tasks are very short (1min to 4min). Got some and they work ok. A Vina Windows app was added yesterday evening, after I posted, Microsoft Windows (98 or later) running on an Intel x86-compatible CPU 0.01 16 Jan 2017, 20:04:44 UTC Completed over 1500 (on Linux) ~150 to 200h worth not showing up here... --- Norlist does show, norlist Context-independent stage application 0.28 0.28 However, 0.28h (17min) from 165 tasks isn't encouraging. The tasks are also error prone & with 2sec runtime and intermittent uploads it's not handy. - Valid (83) | Invalid (79) | Error (3) |

I have an entry in my application listing that shows DrugDiscovery - vina Now I thought that this was the original name of the project and hence all my current DrugDiscovery@Home - vina work units could be placed there,,,,, unfortunately this is probably not the case. So I was wondering when all my processed hours for DrugDiscovery@Home - vina will show up in my account it has been a number of days now. All the test work units from DrugDiscovery@Home showed up within a day or so. Thanks for your work Sebastien Conan |

Amicable Numbers - Amicable Numbers up to 2^64 app. MT threaded app, for 64 bit windows and 64bit linux. Working well, project is opening to public next week. |

Amicable Numbers - Amicable Numbers up to 2^64 app. It seems that the current project can be completed before the official opening. But the administrator has plans ... The project has not yet been opened and already 160 computers. And a lot of 24 to 72 processors. |

Amicable Numbers - Amicable Numbers up to 2^64 app. Amicable Numbers is to go public on the 1st of February and that is when the BOINC Wide Teams will be downloaded to the project, at the moment if you join your credits wont go to any team as they can't be created. You have to e-mail the project admin to get access to the project, however that will change on the 1st of Feb (according to the projects web site). I will wait till the 1st before I jump in. Conan |

Joining is by way of invitation only, & I can't see any code on the site. Code was mentioned in the news earlier, and recently on BOINCstats if you've not seen it. Well, maybe joining isn't possible anyway now - they said it was limited until they go public in February. I've racked up over 1000hrs and that was on a single 24thread machine over the past week or so, in fact just since they were added, so it's definitely not just counting a single core. |

I've racked up over 1000hrs and that was on a single 24thread machine over the past week or so, in fact just since they were added, so it's definitely not just counting a single core. I've been running 13-14 8 Core Box's for 3 hr's or so & only have 71 Hr's so far, may have to give it a day or so to see if it's working okay or not. I had the same problem with a lot or the vBOX MT Wu's all I ever get was 1 Core of Hr's. Could be I'm running so much other shit on the cpu cores (vBox - GPU - CPU - BitCoin - whatnot) all on 1 CPU that the MT Wu's aren't really running in MT mode for me ... |

DrugDiscovery has two new apps: 1. Smina for mol2 2. Smina for pdbqt #1 is 64bit Linux only and no platform has been announced for #2. Tasks have been "sent out" for #1 - at least they appear in my task list just not on my machine. As this project is run by the same guys who run Universe, I'm expecting to see lots of apps that are available for a short time and then removed without warning. So jump on board as soon as you can. |

Drug Discovery put out a bunch of the Smina for mol2 wus yesterday and their working properly now, still Linux only. Not showing up on my apps list yet though... |
