This wu had a run time of 24,149.75sec compared to the usual 3 hours (about 10800 sec). But it still got the same 7 credits. Is this by intent or a bug of the validator?

For another wu the run time is 17,873.63 sec also with 7 credits. But in this second case I observed that the progess bar didn't proceed and suspended the wu for some seconds. After resuming the wu continued normally.

So in the 2nd case I would accept that something stopped processing and only data of 3 hours were collected. But in the 1st case I don't have such an explanation. Any ideas?

I can't comment on why your tasks only received 7 credits reklov, but my laptop (C2D T7300, Vista, BOINC 7.0.73) currently has 2 tasks which ran for longer than 3 hours (due to network suspension) on its list and their credits were scaled up correctly:

• 32,869.66 seconds run time, 21.31 credits
  
• 23,703.25 seconds run time, 15.36 credits

At least for the 2nd wu the network was not suspended for sure. I saw that the progress bar stopped at a certain percentage while run time was already more than 4 hours. After suspending execution of this 2nd wu and resuming the progress bar (and probably the wu as such) continued.
