I am missing 119.45 Hours from HOST ID: 20725 (PC1216) how do I get this corrected and receive credit for this?

Only thing I can see that might of caused the missing hours is a task crashed because of a momentary power interruption > Task# 37307242

The data has been lost when the task crashed.
The application saves data on a file. When the task crashed, the file was probably corrupted.

I can confirm Hours lose when running PrimeGrid (Genefer) on Windows hosts.
http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/activity.py?hostid=51423&start=1388755983&end=1388864282
shows only 24.00 Hours for PrimeGrid (Genefer), but now this host is running 3 tasks of PrimeGrid (Genefer).
The same thing with http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/activity.py?hostid=59823&start=1388764547&end=1388862485
shows 24.00 Hours for PrimeGrid (Genefer) too, but this host is running 2 tasks...
