Why only 1 WU per machine

I just came back to WuProp after a LONG time.. I have 2 boinc running on one host. This is to give me more flexibility setting CPU per project as well separate CPU from GPU computing. And here I have problem. WUProp runs on one boinc (GPU + Radioactive + vLHC) and it counts well, but second boinc with CPU projects (Leiden for now) is not calculated. IF I run WUProp on other boinc it gives me only errors.
