when I run the file command for the i686-linux program I get this: data_collect_v4_418_i686-pc-linux-gnu__nci: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2, for GNU/Linux 2.6.18, BuildID[sha1]=fca661ae2dd7ec2c29a1ffa211ea753b79d49db3, not stripped is it possible to get the 32 bit version of this program? My computer can't use the 64 bit version at all. Thanks. |

And on the 64-bit executable the result of file shows it is 32-bit: data_collect_v4_418_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__nci: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.18, BuildID[sha1]=0xe6acb449afcc6aad8a102496067de56de089062c, not stripped Since my 64-bit system has no 32-bit libraries installed, it cannot use the 32-bit version. |

Thank you very much! That is tremendously helpful, as I will download the x86_64 app, and rename it. Now I will see if the program will result in even more difficulties, as our fellow crunchers have noticed. |

So far so good, it appears the program didn't get flagged for checksum, so now I will see how it runs for 6 hours. |
