I take it there's a poorly database behind the scenes?

I've no idea what that was about. WUProp couldn't upload a completed packet and the home page on here only showed part of the page and loads of SQL errors.

A couple of minutes later, it was all working again.

Probably just a fault in the GCHQ / NSA monitoring software interfering with the data flow.

That's happened a few times recently, and I don't think it's anything to worry about, because, as you say, it sorts itself out pretty quickly

EDIT: Looks like everything is back up and running.
