Yesterday, I opened the BOINC client on my computer, and then my computer crashed and then crashed, but when I turned on the computer again, I found that WUProp@Home disappeared from my BOINC project list, I don’t know Is this related to WUProp@Home?

It could be the Latest Win10 update causing issues with your machine but a reboot should fix it, next time don't do a restart do a shutdown and wait for a slow count to 10 before restarting it. This gives the computer time to stop using all the stuff that made it crash when you want it to be using all the regular stuff especially if it is crashing.
