You need to enable remote control under boinc preferences on your androids.

I don't see any Option to do that in the BOINC Preferences on the Androids ... Doesn't much matter, neither one will download any Wu's other than from the Wuprop Project

You need to use Boinc 7.18.1. Under Enable remote control there's a box that you need to tick.

What version of Android (8,9,10,11,etc)and what version of BOINC are you using on the device(s) in question?

Android for BOINC should be latest version 7.18.1 running on most, if not all Android devices. It's NOT in Google Play store, has to be downloaded from BOINC website and manually side loaded/installed from the APK file linked.

Enable Remote Control is in PREFERENCE (cog icon) submenu in BOINC on the device, scroll screen almost to end, look for "Enable Remote Control" check box, you can leave blank or add a "password" for GUI authentication key just below that.

Thanks Guys that seemed to work after I installed the 7.18.1 version, the one android is a Android 11 I just picked up to see if it would run the Sidock Small Wu's because it's supposed to be able to run ARM Applications but it won't even attach to the project so that isn't going to work.

I had the same problem with getting SiDock to allow me to attach from some of my pc's, try starting out without the http:\\ stuff and then when it gives you an error go back and you will see it auto adds it, then click to attach and it should work. I have no idea why it works but it does sometimes.

The small tasks at Si Dock for ARM won't run on Android devices like phone or tablet. Will run on Raspberry PI's, small board computer (SBC's) with Linux, etc.

I got both Androids to attach using BOINCTasks, they probably won't run the small Wu's but at least their attached.
