This new version requires 4.5 GB GPU RAM and it checks.
Tried faking the RAM size in coproc_info.xml and making it read only but no luck.

How did you get 1.07 tasks? Every time I try, I get 1.06. This is with 3080 Ti or greater. So VRAM size it not a problem.

So there is not a version identified in the log.

I'll adjust my hypothesis to "the server now tests for 4.5GB RAM available for any version".

They are sending out both 1.06 and 1.07 and it'll be random what we get; the profile won't let us filter by version just opt in to beta.

Could keep manually deleting 1.06 until a 1.07 shows. But 1.06 will be obsolete some time.

I looked at your apps list and you don't have a WuProp entry for "All-Sky Gravitational Wave search on O3".

You have 25 hours from today for "Gravitational Wave search O3 All-Sky #1" so is that the 1.06 version?
I do have 27xx hours on this name so my 1060 3GB must have been running that in the past (I don't remember). (The AMD card was doing Milkyway).

You have way more experience in these name shifts.
QUESTION: Do you think "All-Sky Gravitational Wave search on O3" will be the permanent new name for version 1.07 and if we just wait for ver 1.06 to fade away we'll eventually get hours of that WuProp name?

Yeah, I have 1k hours from the original 1.06 or earlier. But it looks like 1.07 is a new app name, at least as it is listed here. The admin may or may not combine them in the future. It seems kinda random the decisions. But just in case he does NOT combine them, I need to make sure I get the hours on 1.07. ;)

I only see this entry in the client state files. This name is also 'inactive' here at WUProp with the red text but I am getting hours. I have over 2.5k hours for Gravitational Wave search O3 All-Sky #1 with more hours this week.
