1000_Gaia@home, 1018_Gaia@home fail with "INTERNAL ERROR: cannot create temporary directory" on many hosts

AnandBhat (wish you got your 100 hours, they were so short) succeeded in running these; maybe running from root account or possibly tracked the error and opened up permissions on the Gaia WU directory request.

zupa: We are planning to run calculations of the physical properties of asteroids based on Gaia data, but we are stuck with the implementation :( . I hope we can solve this quickly

I had received some of the 1000 and 1018 tasks. Most were too quick to receive any credit to the hundredth place. Others were 0.01 to 0.04 credit.

0.15 and 0.02 WUProp hours between them. It probably took more time to setup BOINC(and incorrectly at that) then to just crunch the work yourself as a scientist.

I also go some valid ones but they didn't give any cpu time at all!!

MOST of my tasks did a start the task, restart the task, restart the task until I aborted them and set the Project to NNT on that pc. On a couple of my pc's they did work but as has been said the credits were awful and the tasks soooo short they probably weren't worth the trouble sending them out. Although if it was a trial run I'm okay with it.
