The server I custom built last spring is on Windows 10 stripped down build.
Linux subsystem fails (but it has minimal services and maximal RAM available, even the DWM is off).

The GPU Coprocs I bought are Linux only (unless I reflash the BIOS which is risky).

I stay on Windows primarily for the Tech PowerUP power managing app which allows TPL wattage control and undervolting.
Allows me to adjust the heat put off by the servers and thus the house temp.

Is there a Linux app that does the same intricate core power management?
Is there a Linux version that would properly run that specific Windows app?

Since this server is 2x 2650L Xeon V4's (got a great price) maxing out at 65W; I could just install Linus version and let them run full bore all winter and dual boot into Windows to run CPU only apps at 20W each into June.

I bought these 3x MI25's cheap, 3d printed cooing cowlings, a dual CPU MB that can connect to 4x GPU's and a case that can mount all 4 so I can play around with Chat GPT training. That was last October and life has been hard since and they sit in their shipping box.

It'd be nice to finish this project.

Maybe I need to find a hobbiest reddit?
My highschool buddy and I used to build these things together but our politics diverged. :(
