WU Errors with new app versions

They all failed after running for 12 hours (i.e. to completion) on both of my systems. The first 2 versions failed with the following NULL pointer access (e.g. task id 1918789), possibly something being accessed after it has been freed: Access Violation (0xc0000005) at address 0x0040A648 read attempt to address 0x00000000 The latest version failed with exit status -226 (too many exit(0)s, e.g. task id 1927325). There was a problem with checkpoint for versions less than 2.13. This is corrected. Version 2.14 failed with message "too many exit". This is corrected. EDIT: client re-downloaded app version 2.42 which now is running correctly, hopefully will complete and validate. Last modified: 29 Mar 2011, 8:55:17 UTC several wu's with new 2.42 application crashed with following error: ../../projects/wuprop.boinc-af.org/data_collect_2.42_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__nci: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.14' not found (required by ../../projects/wuprop.boinc-af.org/data_collect_2.42_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__nci) on fedora13 64bit EDIT seems to be working with 32bit app. (had to install i686 libstdc++) ID: 522 · Rating: 0 · rate: / Reply Quote
