The % Completion is working and the Time to Completion is moving, however I have no CPU Progress.

After 40 minutes still no CPU progress (00.00.00) but the % Completion is at 2.768% and climbing.

So is FreeHal a non CPU intensive project but I at least have an indication on WU progress as the CPU Progress tells me how long the WU has been running (approx).
I have no idea how long a WU is running or has been running on WUProp@home.

After running all night I have finally gotten some progress
CPU Progress shows 00.00.05
% Completed shows 50.865%
Time to Completion shows 8 hours 57 minutes to go.

Whether it is a CPU intensive or a non-CPU intensive project the WU's still have a Run Time, it is that time I am interested in.

Perhaps WUProp@home will get some statistics on itself as well ??

[Edit: I think I have worked it out, no need for the CPU progress as the WU will run for 24 hours to collect data, so from start time just add 24 hours and you get the completion time, seems reasonable]

For that time (24h) app collects other WUs info and saves data in WU output file (i got around 55kb on BOINC with ~25WUs running at same time)

i'd like to know if there will be any output on clean BOINC with only WUProp project?

How do you set to run 25 workunits concurrently?

Still only one computer, so only one WU. More than one WU is not sensible for this project, since it's enough if one WU collects data. Otherwise 2 WUs would gather the same data. This would falsify results/statistics.

FreeHAL allows you to make a preference setting that allows up to 25 tasks to be downloaded and run at the same time... it exploits a side effect in the way UCB does NCI projects running on the PC ... so, you can run 25 FreeHAL NCI tasks, the one here, and Anansi (if and when they start issuing tasks again), and QCN all at the same time you are running n tasks for other projects (where n=the number of CPUs you have plus the number of GPUs)... on W02 for example I do just that ... so I have 25 FreeHal, 8 CPU tasks, QCN, and WUProj and 2 GPU tasks all running at the same time for a total of 37 tasks ... on other systems I only have 36 because I don't have QCN running on them ...

If more NCI projects come along you can add them as well ... you will lose a little on the side running these "extras", but the cost is minimal ... I expect that my migration to 64 bit OS about the same time as adding some of these extras will more than make up (64-bit applications can be faster for some projects like ABC).
