Gaia@home I processed over 100 work units of Gaia@home 1_Gaia@home, some running over an hour each but only 0.25 hours has been recorded. Have waited for 2 updates but it has not changed. Has anybody else seen this? Conan |

Well, it probably has something to do with a different app name, current one is exactly called: 1_Gaia@home[20200817.12] Done also work for this app but it's not recorded. Yes, I did some work on 1_Gaia@home[20200817.12] too but it hasn't shown up yet. There are still a tiny number of outstanding WUs in progress. It should either be merged into 1_Gaia@home or shown as-is - but it shouldn't stay hidden :-) |

Really weird thing there... It should either be merged into 1_Gaia@home or shown as-is - but it shouldn't stay hidden :-) Well, if this continues (another 1_Gaia@home clone showed up) it could get a lot of work for Sebastian to merge them every time - although he did that for several projects in the past already... Really weird thing there... Just to make things more interesting still, there's been a 2_Gaia... and a 3_gaia... set of applications this afternoon. Want to find one of the largest known primes? Try PrimeGrid. Or help cure disease at WCG.

I got a few bronze on Gaia (one them by the skin of my teeth) and a few misses (one close). Could have been worse. Watch the skies! |

Sigh I don't have a Linux box anymore since my 1 laptop went belly up. I did order a used 4 core 8 thread Xeon Box off ebay for $250 with no Operating system, don't know if I'll ever get it running but plan on installing Linux on that box ... |

Sigh I don't have a Linux box anymore since my 1 laptop went belly up. I did order a used 4 core 8 thread Xeon Box off ebay for $250 with no Operating system, don't know if I'll ever get it running but plan on installing Linux on that box ... The application boinc2docker from project BOINC@TACC is active there are 2 servers with the name BOINC@TACC https://boinc.tacc.utexas.edu/ https://boinc-dev.tacc.utexas.edu/ on the main there are no tasks. there was my report - 18 tasks from the second (dev-project) and there will probably be another one for 20 tasks from Contact sometimes the main project is temporarily hosted on the second server, completely replacing it upon return, the second dev-project is created anew, with empty databases in principle, it's okay to consider this whole construct as one project for statistics in practice, at least some of the hosts should be switched from the main to the second project - for rarely tasks PS no news from RakeSearch :o( again as a hamster I will bunker the results until better times |
