With the new year there have a few changes to the list of number of apps that volunteers have been processing (plus their hour count) that are reported to Bok's web site (you must allow for this export in you account preferences).

alez[TSBTs Pirate] and Sphynx[BlackOps] have rejoined the list and I found a new addition with at least 9 stars in Senilix (don't know how I missed it before).

Cruncher Pete and Sphynx[BlackOps] have both gained their 12th stars

Nearly everyone has gained extra apps since the last update which just shows how many applications are out there to run.

There are now at least 32 people that have 10 or more stars (200 + apps).

Finally some movement - 8th star changed from Bronze to Silver,

Not too far off an upgrade to Emerald.

Still 15 from Lime (and not crunching any apps from the 10 relevant active apps),
16 from Magenta, 2 better but not crunching any of the 7 active apps,
15 from Sapphire, 3 better, crunching 1 active app,
2 from Emerald (was 13) and crunching 1 active app from that group of 20 and 1 below [day or so],
20 from another Emerald (and not crunching for any of those 20 apps),
9 from Ruby (was 20) but not crunching any active apps in that group of 20,
9 from Gold (was 19) but not crunching any active apps from that group of 20,
Now Silver (15 upgrades) crunching 1 of the active apps there,
20 from next Silver (crunching 1 app there),
7 apps from a 10th star (was 19) but not crunching the 1 potentially 'active' app down there or the false active app.

After Emerald it could be another 2 months before my next upgrade, if not more.

Well, last night PrimeGrid gave me my second star. But bronze and silver are just so ugly together... this morning the silver FINALLY went to gold. (17 days, I was shooting for 14. CPDN ran out of work on me.) But, bronze and gold don't look that great together either, so I have plans. :-)

Addicting. Seriously addicting. This project is interfering with my plans for world domination in my 20 projects!!!

My plans worked! Three and a half days, that first-star gold went to red, and tonight's updates will take the second-star bronze to silver. Red and silver together are an aesthetically pleasing combination. I can finally get back to chasing (totally meaningless) credits, instead of (almost totally meaningless) hours and colored stars!

... Of course, green and gold WOULD look even better than red and silver...

This has taken longer than expected with the loss of a computer this month not helping, hopefully I will be able to get it going again sometime soon.
But I carry on, slowly getting an App at a time to gain hours so I can get the Star colours to change.
I set my goals and I then try and chase them down.

There have been a few changes to the list of number of apps that volunteers have been processing that are reported to Bok's "Free-DC" web site (you must allow for this export in you account preferences, there is no security problems as no one can access your account).

Sphynx[BlackOps](now called just Sphynx) has dropped off the list after rejoining it last month. james ying has now joined the list and I think there will be a few more next month.
