Oh hey, managed to get 3 more apps over the 500 hour mark while I was at work, onto a gold first star :D Need 10 more apps to get a ruby star, 3 more for a silver second star, or fifteen more for a third star. Seeing as I have 4 more QCN apps racking up hours, I'll get silver in about 2 days, and then will focus on ruby and a third star. |

Finally I got my 100th a aplication to the 100 hour mark - so my fifth star will rise :) Higher levels will be difficult to reach, maybe a second gold and one silver are within my limits. Until now I have no single application at sapphire level - FreeHal stopped before I could reach it :(  |

I'll get silver in about 2 days Second star turned silver while I was at work yesterday! Should only take 760 or so hours of work to get to my first ruby star (but seeing as I only dedicate ~50% of my cores to projects I need WUProp hours on, it might take a week or two). Theoretically, I should be able to rack up 480 hours a day (quad-core laptop w/ dedi-GPU, quad-core desktop w/ iGPU and dedi-GPU, girlfriend's quad-core laptop w/ iGPU, quad-core Nexus 4), and that's not even counting projects like POEM and Einstein@Home where I need to run four at once to use all of my GPU, so if I actually got around to optimising my work I could really rack up some badges :D |

The "AI" badge actually is "AL" - Aluminum badge at theSkyNet POGS project.

The "AI" badge actually is "AL" - Aluminum badge at theSkyNet POGS project. To be more accurate, it is the Trophy at theSkyNet project and doesn't have to have been earned at POGS specifically. They have two science projects. The other (nereus) doesn't use BOINC. It is Java based and can be ran as a background service or can be ran from a web browser. They merge points from both nereus and pogs for the sake of trophies. http://www.theskynet.org/

I now have my fourth bronze star. My fifth one, however, is going to take a very long time as most of my "low hour" projects have achieved Free-DC Trigggl status and I am unlikely to run them in the foreseeable future. |

Same here, after several projects started up again and I found a few new and worthy projects/apps, I just about reached a fourth star - something I didn't expect this year,  The reality check is a 5th star. While I have contributed towards a further 19 apps, many of those are now deprecated, ten apps are under 10h and at least one project is dead. Some were just one off beta's. I have 2 apps that are moving and I expect a few will restart, but I'll have to wait for many new apps to appear before I get a 5th star. It might be many months but if I can still be bothered they will, eventually... My next short term targets are shifting from Silver to Gold, getting a Blue and possibly moving the Bronze to Silver... Notched a second app up to Magenta overnight and a 3rd isn't far off. I already have to squint to see the yellow hours, but I might have to wear sunglasses to look at the high app colours.  =sticky tape=

My first star has turned into a fancy Ruby one! I'm only about 22 hours of work across 5 projects away from a third star too, so that'll be the next goal. In fact, if I finish off the PrimeGrid tasks I have running then I'll only need 45 minutes work on Collatz to get it. After that, a gold second star is probably the target. |

While I was wrangling with my new desktop (i7-4820k, 16GB RAM (with an 8GB on the side I'm keeping for whatever rig needs it), dual Radeon HD 7970s), my old desktop (now media server) managed to clock up a third star! Long way to anything from this though, so don't expect to see my name in this thread for a month or two. Ding! Impressive. Seems like you and STE\/E have gone on different paths for this one. I wonder how close he is to a second pink star... |

Shifted that grey to yellow, and saw a 3rd app turn pink,  Hope to promote a few more apps to Blue over the next few weeks, but I need 6 for the star and 3 apps are still a long way short. I think two project might also be on hold (Climate and Constellation). So maybe this year, maybe not...
