Currently I see very often the following in my log on BOINC 6.12.34:

If you'd increase the forced scheduler request by just few seconds (I'd suggest 1 minute or so) it could save one unnecessary request and BOINC will get the new WU sooner since all versions starting with 6.12.34 will wait for the upload to finish before making the request.
