I hadn't even noticed the GFN-14 was out until a few days ago, but I have managed to pick up enough of them to get the 100 Hr's for a new App ... :)

Well done!!

In addition to the production LHC ATLAS long tasks, we PRIVATE GFN SERVER GFN13-Mega project started earlier today.

GFN13-Mega should be available for the normal Linux, Mac, and Windows platforms.

It's a great idea to keep a stock of new apps in case they show up here in the stats too late
Sometimes projects end so suddenly... :(

GFN14-Mega wasn't exactly a one night stand. :)

It ran for about 3 months.

There's a special page on Free-DC that lists all active apps for which you have less than 100 WUProp hours. It's an excellent resource to let you know when there's a new app around. For anyone who dossn't know, on your WUProp account page, there's a link called "Free-DC apps hours statistics". Follow that link to your page on Free-DC, then find the link "Potential Apps". That takes you to the list of apps you're missing.

Yeah I know about all that, I didn't get the amount of App's I have by falling asleep at the switch. I just got to running some other app's and forgot about the GEN 14 App ...

I know -- that was mostly for the benefit of others.

Good news: the production version of LHC ATLAS (long) and the PRIVATE GFN13-Mega have shiwn up.

The bad news is that the numbers are way too low. It looks like either several day's worth of results are missing, or the tasks are being recorded as single-threaded instead of multi-threaded. I'm sure it will be corrected soon.

Yeah. My hours for ATLAS native should be 8x of what has been awarded so far.

It seems that the same fate awaits the new projects :(

Is this a Project thing or a stats site thing?

It's a WUprop website thing.

stats site

statistics begin to accumulate only after a manual addition of a project/application pair
visually - after an announcement in the neighboring thread, but this is secondary

it is bad that all reported information is lost, except for the most recent tasks

new application is added with a long delay, sometimes more than a day
for small projects this is too late, the delay may be longer than the lifetime of the application

What I'm trying now (easy to do on CPDN) is download the new tasks as soon as I'm aware of them, ... and then suspend the tasks or the project until it is "announced" here. That way I'll get the tasks right away, in case the project is short lived, but won't rack up the hours until I'm sure WUProp is listening.

Not perfect, but it may help a little bit.

Hours have been back dated before, its probably mentioned in this thread. But not so for Atlas Long and the PGFN 13 apps.
