I don't see how their a different App, either way I'm not being credited with any Hr's here for the App ... I think the difference is: HadSM4 versus HadAM4, now I have no clue what that means to the Project but if they were the same thing one would think they would use the same name instead of running both at the same time. UK Met Office HadAM4 at N216 resolution 8752 5389 437.86 (139.33 - 1099.31) UK Met Office HadSM4 at N144 resolution 0 202 61.29 (55.96 - 66.62) |

Missing hours for new application Same here. I should be showing hundreds of hours for HadSM4. But nothing listed so far. Edit, HadSM4 just now showed up in my stats. Thanks! Reno, NV Team: SETI.USA |

HADSM-N144 finally showed up, but like the ATLAS long tasks, the early hours are missing. Hundreds. Oh well. I got some showing now, probably about what I've ran. I purposely held off running to many waiting for Sebastien to post the App ... |

G'Day people, I posted in another thread about missing hours for 3_GAIA. Having checked a bit further under host activity it seems that W U Prop thinks I have not done any work for the project going back the last week. I have the credit on Free-DC and the work units on my account at GAIA to prove I have done the work in the last day, but no hours show here. Anyone else have this issue? Conan |

Hi, at the time i'm running >128 threads on T. Brada Experimental Grid but only <500h/day showing up in the wuprop stats. Shouldn't it be 3000+h/day ? Whats wrong? |

WU Prop seems to have issues counting GPU hours when you multi task. I am doing 4 units simultaneously on my RTX 3090. 4x24 should equate to ~96 hours a day, yet I am getting just over 25 hours. The jobs just take ~1 minute each to finish, but since I have several downloaded and they swap out immediately, there should not be much loss of time. |

That is normal for short tasks and not specifically related to GPUs, just how WUProp queries what is running. |

So what you are telling me is WUProp is sampling every so often, and because the tasks are so small there is a lot of information lost. |

So, I started doing double of the units on the GPU, which now run not quite twice as long, use the same CPU time, and the temperature of the card is still very low. It also is recording better because WUProp sampling time seems to be just over 2 minutes, as the current units are taking just about 2.5 minutes and the old tasks were taking about 1.5 minutes. |

Missing hours for the minecrafthome SSG/One-Chunk/One-Block 1.7/1.8 task anyone? I have been running this project 2 weeks in a row 12+ hours a day, 12 threads on 40%. My daily avg credit is around 18k ~= 7 tasks, each taking 4.8 hours on a single thread, meaning that at least 33 hours should be logged. WUProp logged 1.5~2 hours for me per day. |

G'Day forretrio, I agree with you that all your hours are not appearing on you account list. I was at the minecraft site and saw you post over there as well as here. Just going back a few days with your 7 per day average and 5 hour run times should net you far mare than the 43 hours you are showing here. At 33+ hours a day I would of thought you would have a few hundred hours after 2 weeks. WUProp takes 6 hours to run a work unit, so if you are running 12 hours a day that would be 2 WUProp WUs a day returned and that would have all your hours in the returned data. So unless something is happening with the WUProp work units and some are failing or error out, I don't know why your hours are short. I can not see your returned WUProp work units so If you check them you may see something. Sorry I could not be more helpful. Conan |

Hi Conan thanks for your reply. It seems like the minecraft project does not prune old work units out of their log. I have a total of 162 validated tasks for this app which should be ~777 hours of work. But since I `have' 44 hours logged already I may just as well wait that to reach 100 at the worst case :P For your question on my wuprop tasks I actually run BOINC 15 hours per day minus the CPU busy time. I am returning 2.x wuprop tasks without consistently which is fine. I took the most recent wuprop task and the output looked like that: <core_client_version>7.14.2</core_client_version> Looking at other returned tasks showed something similar (number of `erreur' lines may differ). Does that indicate anything wrong? |

Do you run an ANTIVIRUS or Software FIREWALL that could be interfering with WuProp data collection? Something is changing or preventing WuProp from collecting/ reporting data correctly.
