I've been running LHC Theory Native for some time. All the hours are being attributed to LHC Theory (the VirtualBox application) instead of to Theory Native where they should be.

Can this be fixed?

WUProp monitors at the application level. LHC Theory app has two plan classes, the vbox version and native version.

The blue bar on the application, not the individual version lines is what WUProp monitors.
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/apps.php

IF WUProp did then we've have no entries for NV versions as well as AMD versions. Or SSE, AVX, AVX512, FMA versions of the same app.

The page you linked to shows that the VBox and Native are different applications.
I have hours recorded for the separate applications.
It is not currently differentiating between the two.

There is no difference between any of the other things you mentioned for the purposes of this question because they do not have separate applications on LHC as clearly shown by the page you linked to.

VBox and Native at the same application, just different versions. The BLUE BAR is the app. They are:

SixTrack
sixtracktest (beta test)
CMS Simulation
Theory Simulation
ATLAS Simulation
ATLAS (long simulation) (beta test)

The same ones are listed here:
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/server_status.php

Right under the words "Tasks by application"
Theory Simulation is the app. The vbox version contains all the setup that must be done to run it natively.

and the hours I have already in my account:

1 LHC@home ATLAS Simulation 61,236.65 0.00
10 LHC@home Theory Simulation 19,524.78 0.00
16 LHC@home Theory Native 11,087.47 0.00
21 LHC@home CMS Simulation 9,977.78 0.00
24 LHC@home SixTrack 8,264.52 0.00
55 LHC@home sixtracktest 2,716.87 0.00
153 LHC@home LHCb Simulation 45.12 0.00

Oh look!
It's two different applications!
Who would have guessed!

10 LHC@home Theory Simulation 19,524.78 0.00
16 LHC@home Theory Native 11,087.47 0.00

And as you see, you have hours for "Theory Simulation" and not "Theory Simulation (vbox64_theory)", so hours for "Theory Simulation (native_theory)" should be added to it too. Likely LHC had it in the past as separate application (perhaps for testing) and it was merged later with Theory Simulation or the "Theory Native" application simply does not exist anymore and it is not the same thing as "Theory Simulation 300.08 (native_theory)". Either way, from BOINC's point of view "Theory Native" does not exist anymore and you can't collect hours for it.

LHCb isn't listed at LHC app page, just like Theory Native as it is not an active app. The active app is Theory Simulation for all versions. Versions (plan_class) are not counted separately at WUProp.
