I have 3 computers "crunching" WUProp... 1. ID: 36753 (Intel Pentium M 1.73GHz) That's the first computer I attached here, it's running 24/7 most of the time and it cruched over 1000 WUs by now. Still it's not available in "my computers" on the results page and also you can't select an Intel Pentium M 1.73GHz. 2. ID: 36771 AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ This machine is crunching Milkyway on it's HD3850 and SETI on CPU. When I select the GPU on the results page, I don't find it's results (it's running ati14ati and 2 WUs at once). When I select the CPU, I find "MilkyWay@Home (ati14ati)", when I click on the graph, I'm even pretty sure that it's my computer since you can see when it's turned off in the night (the times when it's on and off are pretty much right). So why are the runtimes for the GPU missing? They are a lot more important than the 0 CPU-hours for a GPU task. Reporting SETI tasks seem to work currently for this machine, but that needed also quite long time. 3. ID: 36772 AMD Athlon XP 2000+ Eventually working or someone else has such machine crunching for SETI (and WUProp). I'm still getting the errors I reported here over 4 months ago and didn't receive an answer so far... |

Anyone who has spent that much time and care composing such a neat message obviously has genuine issues and deserves respect & attention here. If it helps:- 1) see http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/hosts_user.php?userid=5856 2) some very interesting links. I agree with your problem. 3) haven't looked as that seems to be an ongoing issue Question:- I don't understand why these issues are posted in "Science" when they are clearly related to websites and links? I know wuprop isn't ever science but aren't these issues specific to wuprop owner? |

Question:- I don't understand why these issues are posted in "Science" when they are clearly related to websites and links? I know wuprop isn't ever science but aren't these issues specific to wuprop owner? Well, I posted here, because these issues have direct influence on the results of this project, i.e the results are not complete and can't be viewed by others who might want to see infromation about these particular devices. |

1. Your computer is itendifyed as Intel Pentium M 740 2.The identification of the GPU failed. Please, visit this page 3. I ignore why WUProp application can't read client_state.xml. |

2.The identification of the GPU failed. Please, visit this page Done. 1. Your computer is itendifyed as Intel Pentium M 740 OK, didn't know that. But why can't I select it like my other two computers when I look for "run time" (or "time between checkpoins" or "credit")? After fixing #2 I could immediately select my GPU, when looking for that. |

A little update: Results for GPU are displayed now, "MilkyWay@Home (ati14ati)" is available on the results page. So the only issue, that's left would be with my laptop, the current state as I can see from here is: - the host is available in My Computers (the normal BOINC page) - the host is NOT available as "My Computer" on the project's results page; the results for "setiathome_enhanced" have not been updated since 48 hours ATM of this posting, the machine is running however 24/7 and returning 4-12 WUs a day depending on the type of WU. - the host is NOT available on this page like the other two computers. EDIT: now that I look, the graph for my Athlon XP 2000+ isn't up to date either. The machine is doing 2-5 WUs for Seti per day and is running 24/7 since months. |

Finally the host is available on those pages! Don't know what triggered that now after so long time, but as long as it works... EDIT: now that I look, the graph for my Athlon XP 2000+ isn't up to date either. The machine is doing 2-5 WUs for Seti per day and is running 24/7 since months. Eventually working again too. Thanks for help, let's hope everything will work OK from now on. |

My GPU is again not available on the results page after it had some vacation. Actually the entire Radeon HD 3000 series is gone. Currently crunching Moo! about 12 hours a day, the hours count according to my account page, I also went to http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/gpu.py and submitted the GPU under "Your GPU is not listed. Please submit your GPU model. Model will be added as soon as possible" about a month ago, but nothing happened since than. |

My NVidia GPU, crunching PrimeGrid WW, are not reported either since 1 or 2 days. The only activity reported is CPU. |

I too am seeing a similar issue. While most of my computers, and most of my apps, are registering correctly, the statistics currently show 0.00 hours in the last 24 hours for "PrimeGrid Wieferich and Wall-Sun-Sun". This is an app where I have hundreds of hours correctly recorded at WUProp. This app has been running continuously for weeks, and definitely has been running continuously during the last 24 hours. This is a GPU app. Nothing obvious has changed on the computer recently. The computer has been reliably completing 4 6-hour WUProp tasks each day. As of just a few days ago, everything looked normal. This is a problem that occurred within the last day or two. It's entirely possible that other hours are also missing, but this one was obvious because only one computer is running this task, so with it missing, the number dropped all the way to zero. The computer in question is http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/show_host_detail.php?hostid=66241 This detail may be relevant: The plan_class of the app, and the app_version_id (but NOT the app_version_num) was recently changed. Old: plan_class: OCL_cuda_WW app_version_num: 105 app_version_id: 2866 New: plan_class: opencl_nvidia_WW app_version_num: 105 app_version_id: 2883 I suspect this is the underlying cause of the problem experienced by the OP (and myself). This change was done just a few days ago. Want to find one of the largest known primes? Try PrimeGrid. Or help cure disease at WCG. |

Missing hours too, should be about 144h/day, now only 28h/day. Only Ati hours are counted curently. |

No, in my case the GPU isn't available on the results page since several months at least (or maybe even years), I didn't use this computer for quite long time. Your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB is also available on the results page, my Radeon HD 3850 not, you even can't select HD 3000 series. I'm not talking about some missing hours, the hours are counted AFAICT, I'm talking about missing GPU on the results page. |

My GPU is again not available on the results page after it had some vacation. Actually the entire Radeon HD 3000 series is gone. More than half year gone, GPU still crunching every day, but the submitted data is still not available to other users on the results page. |

My GPU is again not available on the results page after it had some vacation. Actually the entire Radeon HD 3000 series is gone. Another 10 months gone, nothing has been fixed. Actually it has got a lot worse since my last post and even more data is missing on the results page. 1. My GPU is still missing together with the entire AMD HD 3000 series, I can't even see it on http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/gpu.py. I reported the issue the 17th Jan 2021, that's nearly 1.5 years ago. 2. 5 out of 7 of my computers have disappeared recently from the my computers pull down menus on the result page, even the Pentium M ist gone even it is active sometimes for couple of days (running than 24/7 and crunching Einstein). Hours are counted, but no data makes it to the result page. 3. The CPU time for my C2D is not available on the results page even though it is crunching Einstein for several hours every day (they are counted in my account). Eventually the time between checkpoints is available for this CPU. Long story short: out of my four currently running devices, only my Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray seems to be available on the results page. Well, at least I hope it is my, otherwise there's nothing. While checking this I noticed all Intel GPUs are gone from the results page, in the category "GPU credit" even all GPUs are gone and it is completely useless right now. I don't have any Intel GPU, but I strongly doubt that no one is submitting data for them here. |

Your GPU is too old to be correctly identified.
When I restarted the project, I deleted any old data.

It's identified by BOINC without any issues: AMD ATI Radeon HD 3800 (RV670) (512MB) driver: 1.4.1734 This section of client_state.xml does look OK too, seems to detect everything right, even including the double precision capability: <coproc_ati> <count>0</count> <name>ATI Radeon HD 3800 (RV670)</name> <available_ram>503316480.000000</available_ram> <have_cal>1</have_cal> <have_opencl>0</have_opencl> <peak_flops>921600000000.000000</peak_flops> <CALVersion>1.4.1734</CALVersion> <target>3</target> <localRAM>512</localRAM> <uncachedRemoteRAM>2047</uncachedRemoteRAM> <cachedRemoteRAM>2047</cachedRemoteRAM> <engineClock>720</engineClock> <memoryClock>900</memoryClock> <wavefrontSize>64</wavefrontSize> <numberOfSIMD>4</numberOfSIMD> <doublePrecision>1</doublePrecision> <pitch_alignment>256</pitch_alignment> <surface_alignment>4096</surface_alignment> <maxResource1DWidth>8192</maxResource1DWidth> <maxResource2DWidth>8192</maxResource2DWidth> <maxResource2DHeight>8192</maxResource2DHeight> <atirt_detected/> </coproc_ati>
OK, but that does not explain, why currently active computers are not making it back on the list.
I'm talking about the CPU here, crunching Einstein "Gamma-ray pulsar search #5" day by day. It doesn't make much sense, that times between checkpoints are available for this CPU for 3 different apps and two different OS types (Windows 32 bits and 64 bits), but no run times, there must be something wrong that leads to missing data. All hosts and the applications they run are visible in http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/activity_24h.py, however part of them is missing on the results page. |

Dear Team, my message is not meant to be a criticism, but to bring the project forward. Maybe a similar question has come up before, then please a hint/link to it. Likewise with incorrect sorting. Unfortunately, I am not proficient in English. :-( Since 2015, my 4 small compute under Linux (Hardkernel) XU-4 for Boinc and since the beginning of course also involved in WuProp. Only here under Results they are not to be seen, although they were once displayed. The technically outdated Androids of me are shown in the Results. Also my Linux Intel Celeron 4115 is not visible. Greetings Rainer |

Maybe a similar question has come up before, then please a hint/link to it. Yes, this is the thread about this issue. Only here under Results they are not to be seen, although they were once displayed. Do you mean the "your computers" pull down menu? Yes, I'm still missing there one of my recently active computers too and like your Celeron J4115, it's not existing in the results at all. All other of your CPUs can be found in the results at least, I can't tell however wether your results are in there or not since I can't see what projects each of your computers is running. |

Is this what should be inside the results file?
