Wondering how this work unit received 45,527,638.02 credits and only ran for 3,829.13 seconds? This Work Unit It is an ARM 2 core processor. Conan |

Conan you are special and deserve it! Or some how you got some flow over credit from the CPDN credit surplus pile. |

Conan you are special and deserve it! Thanks Werinbert, but it is not my computer, it belongs to dj_lewz. I am just wondering where that amount of credit came from. Conan |

Whatever it was, this phone (or whatever it is) will be #1 for quite long time I guess. |

credit 45,527,694 http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/top_hosts.php?sort_by=total_credit The "quite long time" is 2227 years ((45527694 / 14) * 6) / 24 / 365 = 2227 For some reason the server thinks that this task's 'Run time' was ~2227 years But looking at 'Computer 75373' it have now 'Total credit 70' so the "Big Credit" was probably deleted by admin http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/show_host_detail.php?hostid=75373 *** Another problem is how one computer (not the same user) can have RAC of 16,924 http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/top_hosts.php?sort_by=expavg_credit http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/show_host_detail.php?hostid=28567 - ALF - "Find out what you don't do well ..... then don't do it!" :) |

Another problem is how one computer (not the same user) can have RAC of 16,924 Anything above 56 is suspect. Normally for a single computer it is 14cr/wu at 4 wu/day (6 hour tasks). I am unsure of what the result of running multiple instances of Boinc is in this case. |

I am unsure of what the result of running multiple instances of Boinc is in this case. Every instance of BOINC will be shown as different computer (different hostid) It will look like my list which have some false instances created by some network glitch: http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/hosts_user.php?sort=rpc_time&rev=0&show_all=1&userid=5849 (initially the 'false instances' were >100 - I deleted most of them) - ALF - "Find out what you don't do well ..... then don't do it!" :) |
