Not accepting requests from this host?

Can't be certain but I believe it started around the time I updated to 10.13.2 High Sierra. Is it possible that client has been flagged for some reason? Seems strange that it would happen on a machine that's been running the project for almost 5 years with no custom configurations. There were reports from some users gaining credit for projects they had never created an account for. Your host becoming banned might be another oddity from the cleanup.
